Delivery Policy

Handwriter sells digital pages only. Nothing is shipped physically.

How you receive your purchase

• Your pages are delivered instantly in the app and on the website once payment is confirmed — usually within seconds. You can download them as a PDF or as page images.
• Pro takes effect as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Your documents stay in your library, so you can download them again any time while your account exists.

If something doesn't arrive

If a paid document isn't unlocked within an hour of payment, email hello.aditya.connect@gmail.com with the payment details and we'll unlock it or refund you (see Refunds & Cancellation).
